“This illegal alien problem, along with the NAU, NAFTA, SPP, etc. have NOT been covered well enough in our media to give the average news viewer an accurate picture of the peril our country currently faces. Mass illegal immigration (2,000+ people per day for the past 20 years!) has caused a CHAIN REACTION OF related problems, & still our government has not reacted in any way which protects the legal citizens of the USA. .........View my collection of videos. ......Then ask yourself - Can we financially afford to support illegal immigration? MY MESSAGE TO ALL ELECTED OFFICIALS: Stop supporting illegal aliens with taxpayer funds. Honor your Oath of Office to protect and defend the Constitution, which includes defending our successful American way of life — not allowing this illegal invasion!. Want to debate me? MAKE MY DAY -- I'll bury you under a mountain of proof.” - CaJeffO

Despite a porous border and unfinished border wall, the National Guard is pulled off the US/Mexican border.

The solution is a permanent militarization of the southern border for as long as Mexico continues to export its impoverished masses and fail to control their drug cartels.

Facing a Judicial Watch investigation and a potential lawsuit, Chief Harris announced changes to the Operations Order on Thursday, May 22, 2008. Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon announced on December 3, 2007 that he no longer supported the policy, and commissioned an illegal immigration expert panel to study the policy and to recommend changes. The new policies go much further than the panel’s flawed recommendations and try to address concerns of Judicial Watch and the Phoenix law enforcement community.

HR 2593 prohibits the Border Patrol from working on Federal land. That means they will be prevented from operating inside the new Wilderness Area. This bill just helps illegals and drug smugglers who want to cross the border and get in the United States. See a rough map.

HR 3287 would create a new Forest Service Wilderness are on the border with Mexico. Because cars and other mechanical devices are prohibited, it makes policing Wilderness Area to stop illegal immigration and drug smuggling very difficult. Where this Wilderness area is going is already the largest passageway for illegal immigration and drug smuggling in the U.S. The Wilderness Area will just mike it far worse.

ARTICLEArizona Measure Backs 'American Values' in State Schools - A 9-6 vote by the Appropriations Committee sends the measure to the full House.

Arizona schools whose courses "denigrate American values and the teachings of Western civilization" could lose state funding under the terms of legislation approved Wednesday by a House panel.

And Pearce said some of the teachings amount to "sedition" by suggesting that the current border between the United States and Mexico disappear, with Mexico - and Hispanics - taking over the American Southwest.

Leighton had specific problems with a text called "Occupied America," a book touted by its publisher as examining Chicano history from the coming of the Spanish in 1519. She read one line which said "kill the gringos." Another talked about a plan to take back the U.S. Southwest and deport all the Europeans.

"I absolute deplore people who come from another country and do not want anything to do with the culture, the language or anything that has to do with the government," Graves said. She said they are in this country to send back money to relatives elsewhere and "are not here to provide loyalty."

Given Washington's inability or unwillingness to address the issue, no one should be surprised that states such as Oklahoma, Arizona and Georgia are taking the lead. It's federalism in action. Just as states paved the way for welfare reform in the 1990s, they are pointing the way on immigration reform.

During 2005, Border Patrol apprehended approximately 1.2 million illegal aliens; of those 165,000 were from countries other than Mexico. Of the non-Mexican aliens, approximately 650 were from special interest countries. Special interest countries are those “designated by the intelligence community as countries that could export individuals that could bring harm to our country in the way of terrorism.”¹

In addition to the criminal activities and violence of the cartels on our Southwest border, there is an ever-present threat of terrorist infiltration over the Southwest border. Data indicates that there are hundreds of illegal aliens apprehended entering the United States each year who are from countries known to support and sponsor terrorism.

• U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigations have revealed that aliens were smuggled from the Middle East to staging areas in Central and South America, before being smuggled illegally into the United States.

Members of Hezbollah have already entered the United States across the Southwest border.

• U.S. military and intelligence officials believe that Venezuela is emerging as a potential hub of terrorism in the Western Hemisphere. The Venezuelan government is issuing identity documents that could subsequently be used to obtain a U.S. visa and enter the country. - A Line in the SAND:Confronting the Threat at the Southwest Border
