    UN OVERALL PLAN

   February 11, 2009
In The News
The US Senate ratified the treaty establishing the UN in 1945 because they were told by Secretary of State (Edward Stettinius, CFR member) that the UN was not a World Government and would have no impact on national sovereignty.

However, next year William Benton, Assist. U.S. Secretary of State told UNESCO meeting that, "As long as a child breathes the poisoned air of nationalism, education in world-mindedness can produce only precarious results. As we have pointed out, it is frequently the family that infects the child with extremism nationalism. The school should therefore use the means described earlier to combat family attitudes that favour jingoism [nationalism]....

We shall presently recognize in nationalism the major obstacle to development of world-mindedness. We are at the beginning of a long process of breaking down the walls of national sovereignty. UNESCO must be the pioneer."

UNESCO advisor, Bertrand Russell, writing an earlier article for the UNESCO Journal, said, "Every government that has been in control of education for a generation will be able to control its subjects securely without the need of armies or policemen..."

The intent has always been global government, whereby the public education system has been corrupted to train the global citizen rather than to educate students in the arts, sciences and critical thinking.

The intent has been to create a world government where the state is sovereign over its subjects, and where freedom and rights are granted at the pleasure of the state, not as inalienable, God-given, rights envisioned by our Founding Fathers. - ©1997, 1998, 2000 Discerning the Times Digest, Environmental Perspectives, Inc. and Sovereignty International

ARTICLEA Very Real New World Order - Chuck Baldwin; January 27, 2009

“The list of notable personalities who have openly referenced or called for some kind of global government or New World Order is extremely lengthy. Are all these people "kooks" or "conspiracy nuts"? Why would world leaders--including presidents, secretaries of state, and high government officials; including the media, financial, and political elite--constantly refer to something that doesn't exist? Why would they write about, talk about, or openly promote a New World Order, if there is no such thing?

Later, Bush, Sr. said, "We have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order . . . When we are successful, and we will be, we have a real chance at this new world order, an order in which a credible United Nations can use its peacekeeping role to fulfill the promise and vision of the U.N.'s founders."” - Chuck Baldwin

"That the Oklahoma State Senate endorses the goals and objectives of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, particularly with respect to the creation and adoption of global agreements which will result in policies and mechanisms to protect the global environment and enhance the ability of nations to equitably develop their natural and human resources."

It was Adopted by the OK Senate on March 23, 1992 and filed with the Secretary of State March 24, 1992.

The following year, 1993, is when Tulsa Mayor Susan Savage was appointed to the President's Council on Sustainable Development.

"HUNDREDS of prominent scientists this week attended a conference in New York hosted by the US Heartland Institute. They concluded that the earth may be undergoing a period of modest warming but that it and cooling are constant features of the earth's climate. There was agreement that present global temperatures are not abnormal."

"The debate on global warming has displaced the struggle about whether socialism or capitalism was the best approach to running an economy."

"Radicals once sought to replace private enterprise with state control. Now they want the removal of coal, oil and gas to justify a new and more comprehensive form of state control." - Alan Moran

ARTICLEAgenda 21 Sustainable Development

Known around the world simply as Agenda 21, this initiative is “a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts (sic) on the environment.” 1

Agenda 21 was unveiled in 1992 during the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED), commonly known as the Rio Earth Summit, where more than 178 nations adopted Agenda 21, and pledged to evaluate progress made in implementing the plan every five years thereafter. President George H. W. Bush was the signatory for the United States.

ARTICLERoll Call: Look Closer at Global Warming Solutions - Sen. James Inhofe Dec. 3, 2007

To put it bluntly: Senators are going to be asking the American people to pay more for home energy and pay higher prices at the gas pump for no climate benefit. This bill will simply result in real economic pain, for no climate gain. It appears the realities of global warming “solutions” are finally being exposed across the political spectrum. This bill will burden American families with additional energy costs and significantly harm the U.S. economy.

ARTICLEClimate Bill Will Devastate American Families and Jobs - Senator Jim Inhofe, Dec.10, 2007

Further, the Lieberman–Warner bill would mean the loss of millions of American jobs. The respected consulting firm Charles River Associates International testified before the EPW Committee last month that by 2020 this bill will cause a net loss of between 1.5 and 3.4 million jobs.

“What if I were to tell you that at this very moment in the halls of the Senate, legislation is being considered that will govern 70 percent of the earth's surface, threaten the very sovereignty of our country and, worse, without the efforts of a select few, would have become law years ago? What if I added that our enemies are waiting in the wings for us to make this historic blunder by accepting legislation that effectively cedes our autonomy to international organizations such as the United Nations?”

“If you are of the small percentage of Americans who has heard of the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea, or simply the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST), I congratulate you on being ahead of the curve. If you have not heard of LOST, you soon will, as we are gearing up in the Senate for a fight against one of the most far–reaching international challenges to American sovereignty we have ever faced.”
